During business hours that number will connect you with our Claims Facilitator, Devica Yassen, (who also has a Direct Line 416-490-6047) dyassen@navigatorsinsurance.ca, who will be pleased to assist you and discuss whether to proceed with making a claim against your policy or not, if there is an option available.

After-hours, calling that number (416-492-4242) will reach our answering service, who can take your contact information, so Devica or your Account Manager can follow-up with you the next business day.
