Insurance Career Training
When you begin your relationship with Navigators Insurance, you will embark on a four-week training process that will prepare you to sell all lines of insurance through use of Navigators’ collection of markets and sales system.
During the first week a new insurance producer receives a general orientation, staff and department introductions, corporate overview and computer systems training.For weeks two through four, new insurance producers take part in comprehensive training. The sales mentors introduce and train new insurance sales team members on the Navigators sales process.
