We are seeking brokers who are able to sell beyond the call centre environment, brokers who can not only close sales, but also build and nurture a strong community referral network of bank managers, real estate brokers, car sales people, mortgage brokers, etc. You understand that establishing a relationship as a trusted advisor to the families you serve is the key to competing on value – not just price. And that building a career means selecting the types of clients that will renew regularly and be profitable for the brokerage and our insurance company partners.

As a Navigators home and auto insurance broker, you will work primarily in our head office (North York, Toronto), developing and nurturing relationships with contacts in your network, then spending time on the telephone speaking with referred insurance prospects and clients.
We want to make the transition to Navigators Insurance as seamless as possible. When you join our insurance sales team you begin the relationship with rotation through a number of key roles, so you really understand the business. You will also receive ongoing support from your individual new business mentor.
