Navigators Insurance benchmarks its insurance producers’ compensation models on a regular basis. All insurance broker employees receive commission for the renewal and growth of the book of business assigned to them, irrespective of their primary role.
Business-related expenses are reimbursed and parking at our office is convenient and free. We are walking distance (or a short bus ride) from the Don Mills subway station, while our office complex includes two cafes and a fitness centre.
